Pastors
Head Pastor
Pastor Tom Muratore (PT) is the lead pastor at the Well. He is a graduate of Central Bible College and previously served as the Director of English Ministry at the Rochester Korean United Methodist Church, where he pastored children, youth, collegians, and young adults. Pastor Tom also served as lead pastor for Center Point Church before it merged with The Well. His main areas of ministry at the Well are teaching God’s Word, small group leading and development, as well as, discipling and serving with college students. Pastor Tom is married to his wonderful wife Susan and has two daughters, Hope and Eliana.
College Pastor
Pastor Charles Muratore (PC) is a graduate from Central Bible College and began working with children and teens. He has been serving in the college ministry (ACF) for over 10 years now and enjoys seeing students grow and blossom in their faith! Pastor Charles works directly with college students to help coordinate meetings, large and small groups, and disciples them. They keep him young at heart.
Youth Pastor
As an avid Buckeyes fan, it is not a surprise to learn that Pastor Bryan Jones grew up in Ohio. After attending Elim Bible Institute, Bryan made Rochester, NY his home. In his spare time, he enjoys watching football and basketball, reading and eating, especially dessert! Bryan has a passion for youth and young adults and helping them to find their identity in Christ.
Children Ministry Director
Jenn Jones is a born and raised Rochesterian! After spending nearly 10 years in the public school system, you can now find her substitute teaching from time to time. Jenn attended both Roberts Wesleyan and Northeastern Seminary to pursue her passion in teaching and children’s ministry. In her spare time, Jenn enjoys watching NFL and NCAA football and basketball with her husband and curling up with a good book. Fun fact: Jenn is the reigning Fantasy Football champ in her family league!!
